Mooring Rental Agreement

 
As the tenant of a MBYC mooring, I agree to comply with the conditions and stipulations outlined in Mooring Policy Letter 5, particularly those pertaining to liability insurance and active boat use. The policy letter is available for inspection in the MBYC library.

I further agree:

1.      To be reassigned to a different mooring, in future, as requested by
the port captain, his designate, or the commodore, for good cause.

2.    To vacate the mooring should the boat, or my interest therein
(if a partnership), be transferred to another party.

3.    To present to the port captain a copy of the vessel's current
liability insurance policy and/or registration.

4.    To give 30-day written notice prior to vacating the mooring.

5.    A boat that is not actively used is not may be required to vacate
the mooring when an actively participating boat is on the waiting list.

6.    If a tender is put on the Dinghy dock, it shall be clearly identified
with the name of the boat.

7.    The Board has the right to make changes to this agreement.
