Boat Storage Agreement — Backyard

1.       To be responsible for the maintenance and appearance of my
immediate assigned space in the yard (e.g., weeds, etc.).

2.      To be reassigned, for good cause, to a different space if requested by the
Port Captain or Commodore.

3.      To give 30 days written notice prior to permanently removing my boat
from the yard.

4.      To remove the boat from the yard, if my interest therein (if a partnership)
is transferred to another party.

5.      A boat that is not actively used may be required to vacate the space
when an actively participating boat is on the waiting list.

6.      The Board has the right to make changes or exceptions to this agreement.
