District II is the District which Morro Bay Fleet 59 is located, and is associated with. The two Currently active fleets of District II on a yearly basis maintain the District II Championship Regatta, and actively sail with one another. The District II section is the Northern half of the state of California, divided from District I, by a line from Point Conception CA, heading Eastward through Independence, CA, with an endpoint of Lida, Nevada. According to the Lido Association By-Laws a member of the Association does not have to be a member of a Fleet, however, they will be considered an unattached member. District II is represented by a District Secretary who sits on the BOD or the Class Association, and is elected by the District membership.
